With Onyx Essentials, your small business can have the assurance of IT support at a price that won’t break the bank. The essentials plan is a cost effective way to keep your computers and network running while you do what you do best. This plan has a minimal amount of hours included and the ability to add specific services that suite your needs al a carte.
ONYX STANDARD
So you have been calling your local IT Fix-it company for the last few years and you are starting to get into problems that are more than just “my computer won’t turn on” or “I can’t connect to the internet”. Enter Onyx Standard. With our standard offering, we provide your company with the level of IT competency that covers those concerns. We have qualified network technicians on staff to provide superior service to you and your staff. Standard service includes more bucket hours, some preventative maintenance, and access to afterhours support.
ONYX COMPLETE CARE
This is our flagship product. Onyx Complete Care takes all of your IT needs. We offer a complete network and systems audit. We spend time getting to know how your business works and offer IT solutions tailored to your needs. From SAP to MAS90 to completely custom software packages, we will work with staff to ensure that the proper level of support is provided. Our complete plan includes provisions for scheduled daily or weekly visits by an Onyx technician as well as scheduled managers meetings to provide oversight and metrics.
ONYX YOUR WAY
For the one man show that just needs their laptop or desktop worked on occasionally, to the multi-location corporation, this option allows you to completely customize your IT solution. We realize that not everyone fits into a predefined plan and this allows for the ultimate in granularity. We can place IT staff onsite at your location or work on a simple break fix basis for individuals. Whatever your needs, we can serve them.
